LOTS! Come and join the celebration and fun at National Cancer Survivors Day in Downtown Nashville! Festivities will begin Sunday, June 7th, at 9am with the Celebrate SURVIVORS 5k. National Cancer Survivors Day is an annual, treasured Celebration of Life, held in hundreds of communities nationwide, on the first Sunday in June. It is a CELEBRATION for those who have survived, an INSPIRATION for those recently diagnosed, a gathering of SUPPORT for families, and an OUTREACH to the community. On this amazing day, thousands will gather across the globe to honor cancer survivors and to show the world that life after a cancer diagnosis can be even inspiring. And NASHVILLE is the perfect place to celebrate. But what else is there to do? Oh, so much!
What about transportation? We got ya covered! After a quick grab and go breakfast, buses will transport you to the race from Gaylord Opryland Resort beginning Sunday morning and will run every hour on the hour to and from downtown to allow you to rest, relax, enjoy or catch that evening plane!
