11 May STRONGEST WOMAN IN THE WORLD AND SURVIVOR, KARYN MARSHALL, TO SPEAK AT NWSC!
The 2014 National Women’s Survivors Convention welcomes the former strongest woman in the world and breast cancer survivor, Karyn Marshall. Karyn will participate in the track, FITville (new to the NWSC in 2014) on nutrition and fitness. She will also share her emotional story from the champion’s podium to the chemo chair at this year’s event in Nashville. Karyn set 60 American and world records in weightlifting and is the first woman in history to clean and jerk over 300 pounds. She became a doctor of of chiropractic and now runs a private practice in New Jersey. In 2011, Marshall was inducted into the USA Weightlifting Hall of Fame.
