31 May Police Officer and Cancer Survivor To Be Honored at SURVIVORville
The Women Survivors Alliance announces Officer Tina Wiggs of the Nashville Metro Police Division will receive a special honor at SURVIVORville for her dedication to serving others – both in uniform and as a cancer survivor.
Officer Wiggs is a survivor of uterine cancer – diagnosed at the very young age of 15 months. She attended SURVIVORville for the first time in 2014.
Officer Wiggs will also serve as Honorary Chair of the Celebrate Survivors 5K held downtown Nashville beginning at 9:00am at Public Square Park on Sunday, June 7, National Cancer Survivors Day.
